The current measurements are calibrated to a common temperature using the following relationship:

At some point during an IV scan of this sensor (post wirebonding). the corner of this sensor was chipped. The sensor had higher current than expected and earlier breakdown beyond 600V. The chip is near D2 and D3 on the frame.
